1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7gane ("7gane," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7gane website located at https://7gane.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 7gane, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the 7gane Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. 7gane does not permit access to real-money gaming by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7gane, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained from 7gane.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7gane Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 7gane or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.

7gane reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 7gane Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 7gane identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 7gane relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7gane login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7gane will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify 7gane immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. 7gane may, at its discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

3.4 Account Verification

7gane is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with 7gane's verification procedures, which may include providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 7gane reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7gane Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 7gane accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Platform's deposit interface. 7gane does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which 7gane accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your 7gane wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 7gane account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used. 7gane reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC and AML compliance procedures.

Prohibited payment methods: 7gane does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 7gane Platform at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated within the Platform's withdrawal interface and is subject to change.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• 7gane reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are stated in the relevant bonus terms.

7gane reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, 7gane will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7gane may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7gane reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 7gane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other means — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the specific bonus terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated date.

7gane's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who have questions about a specific bonus or promotion should contact 7gane's customer support team before claiming the offer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7gane Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Cheating and Fraud: Any attempt to cheat, defraud, or deceive 7gane or other players, including through the use of software exploits, bugs, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, signals, or strategies in real-time during live dealer games.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7gane Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other players' accounts, or 7gane's systems or networks.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from 7gane.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 7gane.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 7gane staff or other players through any communication channel.

7gane employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account action, and 7gane reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7gane Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 7gane or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written authorization from 7gane;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with 7gane's business.

The 7gane name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7gane. You may not use any 7gane trademark without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of 7gane's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7gane, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 7gane has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7gane's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7gane account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7gane does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7gane's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

7gane collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7gane implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and 7gane cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 7gane, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. 11. Responsible Gaming

7gane is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7gane players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 7gane account.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

7gane reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in 7gane's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts terminated due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct may be forfeited pending investigation and regulatory reporting obligations.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 7gane's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 7gane's customer support team with a detailed description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 7gane from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments to These Terms

7gane reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 7gane will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 7gane Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
